I do circuit three times a week, get home and rest for an hour then walk 5k. Sometimes 4 times a week? Iv gained 4.5 pounds since I started! Now I have lost a few inches here and there - 4 off my waist for example but the scales depress me! Why is this? I'm about to throw in the towel! I'm bursting my butt! When I started I was 11.2stone. I am now 11.6 & a half! I started this 8/9 weeks ago! There are a few people in the class who have lost a stone by now! Medical Issues:IBS - Bloating, Constipation, Cramps, intolerance to acidic foods especially apples!Hearing a pulse in my ear the past 4weeks while trying to sleep or getting up! (Nothing to do with this I know but trying to cover everything)Pain in right ovary, constant ache, more noticeable when walking or exercising, have the contraceptive implant so do not ovulate, have not had a period in a year so dunno what the ache is! Hoping its muscle!All that is irrelevant but just want to give a big picture! Have that for two weeks. They say u gain weight with this contraceptive. I dunno!Classes consist of squats, kettle bells, press ups, crunches, lunges, push presses, claf raises, I could go on... you name it! And we do complete warm up and cool down! Thanks in advance x

- You are most likely still losing fat, but also gaining muscle. Muscle is much heavier than fat.
