I need to lose belly arm and leg muscle and fat!! help please?

Look, I'm a girl and i'm 14 nearly 15 and I'm almost 5ft ( I know I'm small) hahaha but My belly and arms are like really fat, I've started dancing again but last time it did nothing. my legs aren't fat but they haven't got muscle and I don't want to do and running because I don't want to build calf muscle 'cause they're huge. if you can help me to loose that please! haha and when I stand up my legs are fine but when I sit down they just sploge everywhere and they look huge I need to loose fat on my legs. my belly is just fat with some abs underneath from karate and my arms are just like my legs! please help me I really want a nice body, I breathe in when I go out and sometimes it's pain full so I don't want to carry on doing that, I've never been confident, and please don't say stuff is from my genes or say you have to be confident or try running cause i get out of breath easily aswell or and dieting stuff please just help me the best you can thank you ps my bum is huge! i think it's toned but I want to loose stuff from that (as you can tell I'm not very confident)
