f i run a mile or for 3 days a week and work on my abs for 3 days a week and change my workout every week and do this for 6 weeks and eat healthy and drink alot of water and sleep will i get a 6 pack in 6 weeks by running 3 days a week a mile or more and doing ab workouts and changing it up and making it harder ever week will i get a 6 pack in 6 weeks?? im 17 and i can see my 6 pack when i lay down but when i stand up my belly kind of sticks out. im skinny but my belly sticks out a little. when i run my fingers down my stomach i can see my 6 pack. i just have stomach fat..... so to lower my body fat in my stomach.... can running for 6 weeks 3 days a week help??? with alot of water and ab workouts for 3 days a week help??? could i have my solid 6pack in 6 weeks whenever i take my shirt off??? Actaully if you were fat before and lost the weight its probably extra skin if not just run 4-5 times a week about 2 miles eat healthy stay away from sugar and also you have your six pack just need to lose your fat and need to get it toned so just do about 50 crunches 30 second planks 20 pushups and just do it abbout 6 times a week for about 1-2 month and in the morning and night trust me
