I broke the "rules" in my "diet"? help in diet, please!?

I'm 13, and I weight 125 lbs and i'm 5ft tall. (i know, i'm short. -.-)Since I'm fat in the shoulder and have a lot of "bra fat" and really skinny legs, and belly fat, i decided i should go on a diet. i was doing well and realized i lost some "armpit fat" and i was making progress but today i ate too much. i ate a full adult meal for lunch, barely any breakfast, and went to a birthday party and ate a lot of crackers with cheese, fruits covered in chocolate, pizza, ice cream, and soda. i ate so much! i skipped cake and marshmellows b/c i felt like exploding, literally!i came home and it looked like i gained wait for the past few hours! my armpit fat was back, and i was 125 lb instead of 122 lbs (i checked before i went to the party)!it wasn't the food inside my stomach, it was my fat. i went to do my "business" before checking my weight.do you think i'll be able to lose weight in 2-3 months? i want to be 110 lbs. i'll try really hard. can you give me some good tips?thank you!and any good arm and bra fat exercises?
