I am 19 and want to lose weight fast, please help? 10 points!?

I am a female who weighs 74kg and I want to be 50kg as my ideal weight, my height is 5'3". I have started my diet today and went to the gym for an hour. However I think I still need help with how I need to do this because I am overweight and its about time to be skinny. I am always depressed about how I look and want to make a difference now.I have really fat legs and my stomach is fat, along with arms ans hips.Does anybody have any clue about what I should do at the gym, as well as what i should eat? I want to lose weight as fast as possible, but in a more realistic way. Thank you guys :)
