Start slow 10 min on elyptical if u can go longer awesome but set a pace do elliptical for 5days then switch it up next week but every week add time add how ever much ur setting ur own pace.. But changing things up shocks ur system u don't get into that stuck stage of a stand still... But cardio is the best work out ...I hope this helps ull learn along the way what's best for u..
