How to get a flat stomach in a year?

ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS Okay well I came back from my holidays a few weeks ago and well I was angry because every single girl there was wearing a bikini and I was just so jealous. I am desperate to have a bikini body by this time next year. I am 16 and I'll be going into an important year of school so I'll have to focus on studying so I won't be able to work out for hours everyday. But I need some diets and also some work outs to help lose weight off the whole body. As I said I'm 16 I'm 5'9 and I don't know my weight if I'm honest. I know that I do need to lose weight and start being fit and healthy. I have the motivation to do it so please help me with what I asked. Oh and by the way please for the diets don't suggest those liquid diets I won't be trying them.

  • It can be done but it will be difficult, you need to really want this. You need to stop eating any sweets, chocolate, biscuits. When you are eating, stop as soon as you are full and don't worry about leaving food on your plate. While eating if you wiggle your feet and legs you only absorb a fraction of the calories you are eating. Cut out all deserts and starters, just have rice, potatoes, vegetables, maybe a small amount of fish or lean meat. Only drink water. On an evening do 150 sit-ups and 50 crunches, if you're not used to it start off doing as many as you can, keep hydrated. When you're in a store use the stairs as much as possible, walk to work or into town. Try to go running if you can early in the morning, if you go at 5 or 6 o'clock there won't be many people about.Good luck............
