How to become skinny but not bulky-muscular from exercising?

Hi! I'm female, five-foot-five, and 123 lbs. I want to lose weight (I have a little bit of fat here and there), and I know proper dieting/working out will do the job. What are some exercises I could do (Pilates, running, biking, etc.) that would kill off fat but not make me really muscular? My sister runs, and although she has nice, toned legs, she's not a twig. Plus, dieting tips? Thanks! :) Means the world. —Slade P.S. I would like to be as skinny as Astrid Berges-Frisbey, although I think she's naturally smaller than me.

You're the same exact height and weight as I am.I'm skinny, but not bulky or muscular like you are worried about.I just run. I'm a runner. Do a lot of cardio, you'll lose fat in no time and won't be bulky. The ONLY way you will get bulky and muscular is if you lift weights heavily (you can lift some, lightly like once a week, but this does not mean you'll get bulky. It's only if you're seriously into lifting heavy weights, more than like 10lbs.) So don't worry about that.I've never heard of that girl, but I looked her up and it's more than likely she just eats very small amounts but healthy foods, no junk, and does light cardio (light meaning 30 minutes or less a day).
