How to Lose Stomach Weight

Recommended Answer:

It depends the intensity of your excersice, your diet, genetics, age, gender, etc. It's different for everyone. 100 pounds? You seem pretty light. Don't overdo it please. Look out for your HEALTH. Just eat right with lots of whole foods like fruits, vegetables, unprocessed foods, and it's okay to treat yourself now and then. Dessert is always okay in moderation. I always make sure to eat a small sweet something every day so I don't over eat the first chance I get on sweets. It's good to exercise every day, but make sure you're eating right too. Do some cardio mixed in with some strength here and there.

  • Depends on your height, age, gender, etc. However as far as results go, you will get what you put into it. If weight loss is the goal and you're set on exercising for 30 minutes, then it will mainly come down to how much lower your calories are from the normal amount that you would need in order to maintain your weight. My suggestion for you is to take a week or two and just monitor everything that you eat and drink without making any changes to what you would normally do. That way you can figure out a baseline of calories that you generally eat every day in order to maintain your current weight. From there you can just subtract 500 calories from that number to set a new calorie goal for the day. Over the course of 7 days that will result in 500 calories less than you would need and will be about a pound per week. However if you lead a sedentary lifestyle right now then the added exercise will probably lead to faster gains. That being said though, be careful about losing too much weight, I know you didn't give much info so I'm not going to judge your decisions but 100 pounds is pretty light assuming your an average, adult female.
