I weigh 120lbs, im about 5'4 and im a female. I would love to lose 10-15 pounds, you have no idea how happy i would be. I cant just "diet", i either eat a ton or eat nothing. Now ive fasted before, but i can never make it past 2 days. Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how i can fast for atleast a week, my goal is 10 days. After i will try and switch to a vegan diet.(Since i figured out how to fight cravings by then) Ive been bulimic in the past, and im done with that. I just want to be skinny. Im NOT stopping anything until i am. Im tired of feeling so bad about my self all the time. I want to just be happy with me. Someone has to understand.How much weight would i lose?I really need this, dont tell me not to, because i wont listen. Dont comment unless your going to give me advice. Thank you!
