How many calories should I consume?

I weight 238 pounds(size 14.) I'm 5'8 and a female. I want to be a size 6 by late march or early April. I exercise for about an hour a day, how many calories should I consume?

The fewest you should go is 1200 kcal but personally i think kcal counting is the worst thing for weight loss it just makes you paranoid. I suggest you just watch your portions and go for a proper run/jog everyday.The first answerer advice wont get you anywhere if you want to keep it off you need to eat a reasonable amount and exercise.
