How long will it take to get rid of belly fat?

I'm short (like 4'10) and I'm 14 and I'm not fat! But I do have a good amount of belly fat and I want it gone. What should I do to make it go away pretty quickly? If possible I would like to see a difference in a few weeks:)

How to Lose Weight Fast at the Gym

Most often people in your situation have a pouch that they would like to get rid of which is due more from not being tone than from actual fat. If you do crunches, sit ups, push ups, etc. basically core exercises, this will flatten your belly. The body is a bag of water. The muscles help give it form. If you have weak abdomonals then your belly will stick out. You just need to tighten up these muscles with lots of exercise. Warning: you will be sore. But it is totally worth it. The soreness will go away, but the flat stomach will still be there for awhile. And you don't have to lose any fat to do this. This is all body sculpting.Toning your muscles not only makes you look good, but it also burns calories. Never starve yourself. Eat normally while you exercise because if you don't, you actually will do harm to yourself. Exercise breaks down muscles and then they grow back stronger. If you are not eating normally when you exercise, then you can actually lose muscle this way and the opposite of toning occurs. That's not to say you can't diet. You should count your calories and ensure that you get enough considering that you are still growing. If you make sure to exercise enough to burn more calories than you eat, you will burn off fat. If you don't eat enough, your body will think there is a famine and will actually break down your muscle to reduce your basal metabolic rate. All this is more than you asked, I'm sure, but it is all tied together. Too many young girls actually ruin their bodies by following fad diets meant for adults when all they really needed was to tone their core.So eat normally and tone your core. You will see results, probably as quickly as a few weeks, but that also depends on you. Can you stick with it? Will you push yourself to do as many as you can, or will you just do a few and quit? Will you let the pain discourage you, or will you see it as evidence that your muscles are changing? If you're sore then you are on the right track. But at the same time, only do work the same muscle group every other day to give time for the muscles to grow. It's possilble for you to hurt yourself, so get the advice of a professional to help you develope a body sculpting routine that is right for you.
