What is the fastest way to lose weight?

I cant really exercise because my sister doesn't let me walk anymore. (she saw a homeless man once and suddenly the whole world is trying to kill me) and i cant join a gym unless my mother does her taxes so i can start school in a couple weeks to use their gym. i am considering cutting out muffins, pasta, and pizza because that is mainly what I have been eating since I moved here. But what should I eat? I also need to know what are some healthy foods that make you feel full because when I know I'm eating a lot and don't have any sodas (which make me feel full for whatever reason, which I know isn't much better than just eating more) all I want to do is keep eating. I've been gaining weight because I've been stuck at my house recently except when my sister and I go out to eat which is always either McDonald's or some restaurant that give you a lot of food. I try to eat healthy but it's difficult when there's nothing healthy except occasionally grapes and strawberries in the fridge.
