- You need to start out by planning your meals out for each week. Eat three meals a day, breakfast being the biggest. Try to eat healthy, like eating chicken breasts and fish with vegetables, or eggs and whole toast for breakfast. Drink LOTS of water or green tea. Continue to work out little by little. Don't push too hard or skip meals. Not healthy! If you need a snack eat some nuts or baked chips. Get support from friends or family! You can break the habit! :)
