How do I lose weight and keep it off?

I'm 15 and I'm 167 pound.. my height is 5'0.. Does anyone know the right weight for that height? I was wondering what would help me lose weight the fastest. I would like to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. That means losing a pound a day.. that's not the hard part. I can lose the weight, but not giving in to junk and sweets is my biggest challenge. I end up gainging it all back then losing it again then gaining it back again.. I have no self control,, what can I do to build self control?
