How to Lose Weight Without Relying on Exercise
Recommended Answer:
First off, I don't find that toned, or even somewhat muscular calves and legs are unattractive on women. Gaining mass on calves is incredibly difficult for most people, so you should be proud of what you've accomplished. Secondly, if you feel that your calves are out of proportion, you could start implementing exercises that work out your quads, hams, and glutes, so that everything looks balanced. These exercises include squats-- body weight, weighted, front and back, lunges, and leg extensions. Also, I'm not sure that massaging your calves would cause them to appear or become less muscular. That'd help with muscle soreness, but I don't know that it would do anything about inflammation or anything of the sort. If you're really set on losing that muscle mass on the calves, just stop skipping and working them out. Over time the muscle will atrophy on it's own from lack of exercise.
