Hi! I have a super fast metabolism, not bragging but I want to help you increase yours as well, just as I increased mine and you know how??...by EATING. Eat a lot of small meals throughout the day. Of course I'm talking about healthy meals such as granola bars, cheese sticks, fruit cups, cold cut sandwhiches, trail mix, cheeze Its, wheat thins, etc.... I'm like a freggin rabbit I snack so much. - I would agree that you slowed your metabolism down by not eating enough. Your body has evolved so that when it doesn't get enough calories it goes into starvation mode and tries to retain as many as possible. I'm not familiar with calorie count but the following site takes what you weigh, how much you want to weigh, in what (realistic) period of time you can weigh what you want to weigh,, how much you exercise and gives you how many calories you need to take in.
