I'm about 5'0"-5'1" and I weight 107 pounds so I'm at a healthy, normal weight, but my lower body looks a little big and I feel uncomfortable about it (and being this short doesn't help). People have always told me I have an hourglass figure, but it looks like due to my unhealthy lifestyle this last years I've put more weight and it went to my hips and thighs. It's not like they're only bigger; the cellulite in my butt and inner thighs are very noticeable and it looks ugly and unhealthy, and I'm only 17.I know I can't lose weight only in an specific part of my body, but I was wondering what could I do to make my lower body smaller (not muscular, though), I don't really care If I lose a bit of weight in my upper body too. I don't really want to go on a diet because I know that I'll probably put the weight back. I want to eat healthy and stuff, but I also want to be able to eat some sweets, chocolate or junk food once in a while. I don't want to be super skinny, just slim and look healthier.
