Can't lose anymore weight:/ why!?

So I'm 16 years old and done growing but I've developed patella femoral pain syndrome (type of runners knee) and I just got ejected from physical therapy and I do my exercises thu gave me everyday. I also go to the gym 6 days a week and I burn 850 one day and 1200 the next in a repeating pattern. I eat very healthily and get all the nutrients I need(I eat 1200-1400 cal a day). My measurements are 33-28-42 , 5'6 and I want to lose my lower belly fat but I can't run or do any exercises impacting my knee. I use the elliptical for an hour every other day. I've been switching it up here and there for 6 months now but not losing any weight. Please help! Ps I weigh 153 lbs but I also am muscular and lift alot

if you want to loose belly fat, then you can't to crunches, they creat abs which actually make you look heavier, you need to do things like biking, (if thats an option anymore), and walking, and climing stairs, I know that your knee might hurt, bu walking instead of driving will save you money, and help you exercise. save the crunches and sitt-ups for when youve lost the belly fat.P.S. thanks for answering my question earlier, it really means a lot to me. :) Don't worry, I'll enjoy highschool.
