Well im going to New York City on January 22nd and i want 30lbs by then.I bike 2-10 miles per day i do gymnastics everyday.Im 13 female 5'4 211lbs i have lost 3lbs in 1 week.How many calories do i need to eat?How many miles do i need to burn as many calories as possible?How can i want to ride my bike its SO hot and i really don't like to ride as much as i used to help?Thanks for answering.I need FREE ways to lose weight.Thanks again.!!
