exercise help ? please answer.?

hi! ... okay i'm a 13yr old girl and i weigh 200 lbs, yes i know i let myself go ( please don't judge... ) . but any exercise's to lose belly , thigh , and arm fat . my arms are weak its not my weight that causes this its because ive eithor fractured, broken ,or dislocated my arms . i need exercises that wil strength my arms so i can do pushups so any that will help is well appriciatted ! ... next my thighs there not very fat i have some slight extra fat probably one or two inches ( i actually do leg exercises ) but how to lose those extra inches on there would help... NOW the big problem ! my stomach !! xD okay im not a fan of chub my stomach is flat but it drips ( tmi ik ) but anything that would help my stomach turn flat again. i have a diet already..how long should i do those exercises to if you may answer .. but also im not trying to lose all my wieght ik its wierd but im not trying to be too skinny just a bit toned like a total flat stomach ya know my goal is to lose 12 pounds in one month ( dont know if that helps ) ... but i really appreciate this . thank you so much if you help ! .. :)i kinda need to lose this extra weight for boxing should have put that in there but the thing is i dont want to being boxing until i lose a bit of this weight .

  • You should really go on daily walks around the same time every day! When you start to lose weight try to start running! The fastest way to lose belly fat is to watch what you eat, lemons, oranges and Berrys are great for that!! You should drink a lot of water and slim down on the pop and juice.. Try not to eat a lot of junk and carbs like bread and pasta they're very fattening ! But yes cardio is the best .. Good luck hun

  • Get running. Run hard, run far, run fast. Long distance marathon runners are skinny and can't keep the weight on because they burn carbohydrates like nothing!
  • Try doing sprint exercises. You know running up hills as fast as you can and do that multiple times until you physically can't run up and down anymore. Don't do long distance jogs. Who would you rather look like muscle wise, mo farah or usain bolt? Go to a junior gym as well and lift some weights, benchpresses preferably. Do this forever, you don't want to get skinny and get fat again
