how can I lose weight and keep it off over the weekend?

I cant exercise over the weekend much and find I nibble a lot and eat convenience food. Anyway to lose more weight through the week so I dont put on as much over the weekend? Or ways to stop my self eating rubbish at a weekend? Any diet tips would be great i am looking to lose another 50 pounds.Thanks

its not likely that youll see results doing that. prepare some celery sitcks, carrots or plum tomatoes to nibble instead. or a yoghurt with a handfull of nuts
