Do this, purchase a 1 lb packet of ground beef, imagine purchasing 30 or 40 packs of meat and mushing it together, now compare that huge ball of meat and then look at your belly, now you should realize just how much fat that is and you certainly don't have that much on your belly, not even close.Other Answers:

Dont be so tough on your self you look fine right now I wouldnt lie to someone especially someone whos down about their weight.
