Would a diet of 1000-2000 calories made up from fruit be ok?

If I ate 1000-2000 calories worth of fruit everyday plus water and/or coke zero for a week, would I lose weight? I think yes because fruit is good for you and its better than no food at all, and plus i love fruit so much i could literally eat it and eat it and not stop. Also coke zero has maybe 1 calorie per can so it'll fill me up so I wont be tempted to snack on bad stuff, and ofcourse water is generally refreshing and good.

Stick to drinking water and sugarless drinks like sugarless cranberry juice. Fruit is good for you, but watch out for the sugars. Also, add vegetables to your diet. I make smoothies a few times a week, by mixing spinach, mushrooms, flaxseed, frozen fruits, banana, almond milk, sugarless cranberry juice in a blender.

  • Noooo!!!!! That's BAD...... Juice has a lot of sugar Go to the store and buy a bag of frozen fruit and a gallon of orange juice.... Then put some of the frozen fruit and orange juice in your blender and put a little bit of oatmeal and drink that!!!!!! Its soooooo good and healthy.
