Why im i so hungry? Fast metabolism? or something else?

Im so hungry all the time. i excersise but not that much. it seems each time i eat an 1 or 2 hrs later im starving. My stomach growls like it would if i havnt eaten all day. i eat semi big portions too.Im 17 female and 5'1 weight 123 dont know if that helps. But seriously why im i hungry all the time?No im not multi tasking while i eat. Im not concern about over eating im just concern about why im so hungry.
