Weight loss for a 13 year old girl!?!?

Hi I'm Ronnie, I would like to lose at LEAST 30-40 pounds in a month or so. I'm currently 13 and I weigh 164 pounds. I know I am disgusting and I need some help for a fast weight loss regimen that won't cut into school or anything. I have an amazing bike that I currently ride 3 times a day for a total of about 30 min. - an hour at a time... So far, results are disappointing. I've been cutting down on the crap and drinking water instead of Soda or juice. Anyone have any ideas?

NOTHING but rice. 3 days (Thurs-Sun) of grilled chicken any seasoning Nothing but grilled chicken . 3 days (Mon-Wed) of green apples. Nothing but green apples. Can only drink water or unsweetened tea I lost 17lbs within those 9 days . To maintain your weight exercise . (Gym) 2 hours. 5-6 days. Or herbal life works really good. But expensive and also monta vie works well too. Or the cabbage diet as well. Hope I helped (: and honey, you are not disgusting do not blame yourself please.

  • after trying all these things if you have not lose your weight,you should consult a doctor once.there might be some health related problems.
  • Good to see you already took action your height would also be helpful try speed walking sometimes instead of your bike and ride you bike longer + you won't see change at first it takes time good luck
  • Sorry to break it to you but you are not going to lose that much weight in a short period time. Four-six more reasonable. Just start counting calories and exercise.
