Okay, so first off, I know it's possible for me to have a thigh gap, I have wide hips and bowed out legs. If I stand with my feet together, my thighs BARELY touch. :) I've started doing some pilates for inner thighs, and just thighs in general. I will work my legs every day for at least 15 minutes, probably more. I hurt my foot recently, but once that is healed, I'm going to start running in the mornings. And my stomach. It's already pretty flat, I just have some eccsess skin on it, since I've been *apparently* losing weight. Even though all I've been doing is sitting around the past week. XD I going to do at least 12 minutes of stomach/ab work every day. And I just randomly work out when I'm bored, so I'll probably work out lot's more than I've said. I'm 5'9", a 16 year old girl, 143 pounds, and hourglass shaped, if any of that helps. I'm also pretty fit already, I take dance classes during the schoolyear, eat pretty healthy, and walk or ride my bike EVERYWHERE. Sooo... Is it possible? Tips are appreciated! :) Thanks!! P.s. I typed this on my phone, sorry for any typos. :P ... I wrote this at three or four in the morning, and nobody answered. So, I'm asking again. :)
How to Lose Weight Fast in Two Weeks for Teenagers
Recommended Answer:
A month is possible... With a crash course diet. Which is extremely unhealthy! Just continue what your doing now and you should have that "thigh gap" within 6 months at the most.

- There is no such thing as "spot reduction". One either looses adipose all over one's body, primarily starting at the extremities(i.e.; hands, feet, head and working slowly towards the midsection and upper hips region).Secondly, whether or not you can accomplish your expressed goals in the time period you want or not has a great deal to do with your level of body fat, your genetic propensity towards storing body fat and where it is stored and your metabolism's ability to utilize the same as fuel and thereby burn it off.As a young woman, you should know that one of the reasons you may have a slight protrusion in your lower abdominal area is due to your reproductive organs and their placement within the female frame. You seem to be doing well and you state that are fit and, hopefully, healthy. Don't sweat the small stuff and keep dancing, cycling, walking and eating a clean, healthy diet.
