is french toast good for you?

im trying to lose weight. im 13 years old. i eat french toast everyday. you know, with the syrup and butter. how many calories are in it? i also use whole wheat bread.

It's mostly carbs and sugar. Yes' it's fattening. You can have some occasionally but every morning is not helping you.

  • Make it with whole wheat bread and skim milk, it'll be better for you and if you want it sweetened, spread some honey on it :)I usually put maple syrup (AMAZING) but that's not very healthy lol
