Well if you want to loose weight the best way to do it is diet AND exercise. Start by doing like a 20 minute jog around your local park everyday. Slowly increase the time by 10 minutes every week until it reaches like 1 hour. Stay away from sugary\oily foods as these make you put on weight very quickly. Stick to your fruits and veggies as you can never ever go wrong with these :). Yes! Water is your best friend. Make sure you get at least 2 litres of water every day and aviod fizzy drinks. Carbohydrates are not something that you should aviod but try not to eat too much of it as it can make you put on weight a lot. Instead replace most of your carbohydrates with proteins such as ; fish, meat and eggs. I'm sure that if you do all of these things in a month you'd probably loose 15-20 pounds.
