How can I gain some healthy weight?

I calculated my BMI by hand and with two online calculators, and all the results point to underweight. So I'm looking for a way to gain healthy weight, probably about five to ten pounds. Is there a waay to do this without messing up my health?For those who have seen a previous question of mine asking if 112 pounds was healthy, I lost about five or seven pounds since then.Thanks for any help.
