Whey Protein plus Coffee?

I have been working out for quite some time now,but i never did that with the help of supplements,i just drink a coffee milk an hour before working out and i feel fine,it helps me get the energy i need to do the workouts and i seem to recover well after.But i was thinking on a substitute for my pre workout drink (coffee milk) that would give me more protein,so i thought about Whey Protein.People say that Whey is great and from what i ve read,i agree,but...Can i mix it with coffee?Thank you

I'm 14 230 lbs 5'7 if I start drinking just water how much weight will I lose I exercise lightly I usually drink 2-3 cans of pop a day along with like 2 juice pouches a glass of milk and a Gatorade a day.... I'm just wondering if I switch to all water what will I lose? I would like to get down to 150 Soon as possible ... and if you don't think I will get down to that by just this plan than give me a good diet but the problem is that I don't like meat or veggies I like little fruits and all I eat is junk Mac-n-cheese pasta with butter snack cakes lots of cheese and bread ... I just don't know what to do I have no really options I over eat I mean people say eat salad but I can or I will literally puck .... so please help me I need help I get made fun of I'm just so fed up plz help I can't take this any longer

Well if you want to loose weight the best way to do it is diet AND exercise. Start by doing like a 20 minute jog around your local park everyday. Slowly increase the time by 10 minutes every week until it reaches like 1 hour. Stay away from sugary\oily foods as these make you put on weight very quickly. Stick to your fruits and veggies as you can never ever go wrong with these :). Yes! Water is your best friend. Make sure you get at least 2 litres of water every day and aviod fizzy drinks. Carbohydrates are not something that you should aviod but try not to eat too much of it as it can make you put on weight a lot. Instead replace most of your carbohydrates with proteins such as ; fish, meat and eggs. I'm sure that if you do all of these things in a month you'd probably loose 15-20 pounds. I told myself and God that I was going to fast all sweets until I get a job. I'm 321 lbs so I could also use the fast to lose weight. I'm wondering what I could make to munch on that isn't associated with sweets. Any idea's?
