ok so i am a 7th grader and i really want to loose weight i am looked @ funny and i just wanna loose weight fast and not get looked at funny so plz help!!!

Hi hun. I understand how uncomfortable you are, I'm a senior girl in high school. When I was your age I was unhappy with my body but I quickly changed that. If you want to lose weight in a healthy way that actually lasts, you're not going to lose weight very quickly. But you will be much happier in the long run. 1.) Think positive. By thinking negatively about yourself, you attract more negative things. Know that you're beautiful no matter what. 2.) Do not skip meals! You should be eating about six small meals a day to keep your metabolism up. By not eating, you're actually going to gain more weight because your body will store fat.3.) Eat healthy. It's ok to have a treat or few a day, but keep it at a low. You should be eating a good variety of fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, nuts, dairy, some bread. 4.) Drink lots of water. It fills you up, keeps you hydrated, and can help you lose weight more quickly. 5.) Get active! After 7th grade, I joined a swim team. Swimming is such a great sport and tones you up and burns a lot of calories. Go on walks everyday, play tennis, soccer, go in runs, join a gym; try to get at least 60 minutes of exercise a day. It's definitely the main key to losing weight. 6.) Do not take weight loss pills or go on diets. A lot of people try to find the easy way out of losing weight by using alternative methods. The truth is, nothing good will come that easily. The best way to lose weight and have it stick with you for the rest of your life is to learn how to have a healthy lifestyle.
