I've searched for some of these things, and I haven't found very clear tips. Alright, so i'm still a teenager, so I probably can't go out there and supply my own diets, or go out and purchase synthetic chemicals meant to ease the process. I'm not sure if I'm a deep sleeper, but sometimes, i'll wake up late and not even realize that my alarm went off. Perhaps that's because of the fan that's in my room. My room is REALLY HOT. The air conditioner vent doesn't work in my room, leaving it very stuffy all day long. My brother is leaving for college in about two weeks, and i'll be able to take over his room. Thankfully, the air conditioner in there works. Perhaps, without the use of a fan, an alarm will be more effective at actually waking me up in the first place. Do you have any good alarm tones? Also, for my alarm tone, should I use a unpleasant tone or a nicer one? I don't really know what is best. I know how to use A/V receivers, so I could probably plug my phone in when I go to sleep and have it play over speakers around my room, so I don't think the volume thing is a problem. Also, when I do get woken up, I feel very tired, and If I can, I often go back to bed. When I have an external deadline, i'll get up, but when I want to get up early to have some personal time, I wake up, and ditch the idea all together for those last 2 hours of sleep. I know the basics, like keeping a consistent schedule, but do you know how I could impose something like that? I have High School football to worry about along with online geometry over the summer. I'm going to HAVE to stay up late some nights just so I can finish on time. Are there any other things you could tell me, perhaps a wake up regiment, or some tips on becoming alert fast when you first wake up, leaving a smaller possibility of you just going back to bed?I'm not sure if this would be helpful information, but i'm 14, my diet is not the best. I get home from football and i'll either go out and eat with my mom(probably fast food), and if not, I just eat whatever we have lying around(most likely microwavable things). This may sound like the typical obesity story, but you can judge for yourself. I'm 6'3'' and 230 pounds. Perhaps that's bad, but i'm no one to judge. Also, my current sleep regiment is going to sleep whenever I stop watching educational videos on YouTube. I often find myself urging on and just continuing to watch these things. I usually get to bed around 2:00 A.M. Also, when I don't have to wake up early, I usually get up around 12:30 P.M. or so. If I had no restrictions at all, I would probably go to bed around 4:00 A.M. and wake up around 3:00 P.M.
How to Diet with Brown Rice to Lose Weight
Recommended Answer:
To start off, I would be going to bed earlier. Celery naturally makes you feel sleepy so if you eat a simple amount before you go to bed, you'll find it easier to sleep. With your alarm clock, use something that your not used to hearing or something annoying so your brain realizes its actually hearing something. Also, I do not know what your diet is, but you should maybe go for a long walk or jog or even ride a bike a couple of K's a day. All these things should help. And you'll want o stay around the 9 hours of sleep mark.I hope this helped, Leeroy.
