Ive known some people that after having a baby, will actually snap into a nicer figure but you do need to work for it. Get a gym membership or trainer to help along with a healthy diet. one or two days a week, have fast days where you work out and eat only 5-7 small meals per day. Work ut everyday! so im over weight and ive always had a hard time dieting.. now im pregnant so after the baby is here im determand to loss weight! any ideas to where im not starving my self and that work the fastest?
