Am I plus size? Why its hard to lose weight?

I'm 29 years old, height 5'1, weight 64kg. My body measurement is 34D-30-39. I'm newly married and I don't know why it seems hard for me to lose weight. I've been fasting, exercising, detoxing and dieting for 2 weeks now and I only managed to lose 1 kilo (it was 65kg before). Back then when I was younger, I used to be much more slimmer, I could even fit into size S. I gained weight easily although I ate as normal as other people and it drive me crazy. Maybe it because of all the rice that I took almost everyday when I'm still working before. My previous job was really stressful and hectic, I got hungry easily. People keep saying I look older than my big sister (even tough she's bigger than me, I guess its because of her small narrow face), when I asked my husband, he keep saying I look fine and I look better than the early time we're dating when I was also chubby back then. But I think my weight back then was the same or less than now, but he said my body seem more tighter. I did took some kind of herbs that claimed to shape and tighten body. Please advise and no mean words please... Its not like I want to be skinny, just want to get the normal BMI again since now my BMI is already overweight. Anyone out there with same experience?

How to Lose Stomach Weight

Well you said you are fasting and exercising and dieting and stuff, but it didn't work? Well either you just didn't do it right or you have a medical problem. Just because you say you exercised and stuff doesn't mean you were doing enough. I'm sorry if that came out mean, I don't intend it to, I'm honestly trying to help. But maybe you weren't burning enough calories. Some people think that just going for a walk should burn them enough calories so that they can eat half a chocolate cake. And did you diet correctly? Some foods we think are healthy when they really aren't. Haveing a salad that is swimming in dressing and covered in cheese is just as bad as a piece of pizza. I'm not saying you are doing these things, I'm just saying maybe you are doing something similar. Try downloading a calorie counter app on your phone. It will help make sure you don't go over your phone. It also might be a medical problem. It wouldn't hurt if you went to a doctor and explained your problem. He might find that you have a thyroid problem or maybe your metabolism is super low. He might even have helpful suggestions.Hope this helps, good luck girl! And if it makes you feel any better, I looked up your measurements on a height and weight chart, and it says you are only 19 pounds (9 kg I think) overweight. That's not that bad! And it sounds like your husband loves you. Good luck

  • Why are you fasting? And what kind of detox exactly? These are temporary diets that are bound to fail. Once you do lose weight, you'd gain it back anyway once you went back into your old eating habits. If you actually want to lose weight and do better for your body, you're going to have to change your eating lifestyle overall. It's hard to know whats healthy for your body because of so many diets they have out their, but to be truthfully honest, there's only one way to eat healthy. And that's by eating natural, organic foods with no added chemicals. That includes, fruits, veggies, SOME nuts (Organic Almonds) (Organic Dried Fruit) And chicken and fish have a lot of health benefits as well. (As long as the chicken is grass fed, meaning no added hormones) You can find a lot of ways to make food you enjoy healthy! For example, if you really want pizza, you can buy wheat bread (no added ingredients) Soy Cheese (vegan) And tomato sauce! You find ways to make the food you enjoy in a healthy way. Organic is the way to go, and eat as vegan as possible, although its fairly difficult. Good luck! :)
