After the first week, saying it will become like second nature, and you won''t eat, and instead of being sad that you did not get to eat what you wanted to, you would feel extremely happy that you weren''t in the position where you had just eaten. 4- Bringing a rewarding feeling in your body may be a reason for unhealthy food addiction and "doing exercises brings the same rewarding feeling in your body you can try yourself! So choose your liked exercise and do it daily and you will get the same feeling, burn calories and then lose your extra weight.
5-Find some one of your friends or family who suffer from the same problem and start with him so that both of you will encourage the other one and support the other one and still motivated.
6- Stress may be a main reason which makes you addict unhealthy foods then managing stress becomes very helpful way to overcome food addiction and you can mange stress by doing exercises, listening to music, meditation.
7- Drinking water! Yes drinking lots of water daily helps you to overcome food addiction.
8- To avoid last-minute snacking or ordering take-out Plan out your meals in advance.
9-Before eating ask your self is it areal feeling of hunger or not? As when you are really hungry you eat less amounts of intake food than when you transform your relationship with food.
