Well i am the same age as u but 4 in taller i weigh the exact same, i used to weigh more but i found that because of my age I find myself constantly snacking and eating huge portions its all about portion control also something u dnt think about is the food being served in school cafeterias are full of fattening product that make bloat and with out doing extreme exercise to burn the calories they just add more weight to ur body
- cant lose 15 pounds in 15 days its unhealthy and it will make you look worse with alot of baggy loose skin give it 2-3 months diet exercise ( i do 2 hours of running and 30 mins of other workouts and do it 4 times a week if anything i should cut down a bit
