Im 14 and I want to loss 15 pounds ASAP?

So I''m 14 5''4 and I weigh 130 pounds I really want lose 15 pounds like you would think I wasn''t bigger but I am, my thighs are HUGE like really think and big and my stomach sticks out that it''s not even cute in clothes cause it just stick out lol. And I have armpit fat like a lot of it and it''s very baggy and fat and gross and I think 110-115 pounds would be a good weight for me because I really dont like how I look. I want yo lose 15 pounds in tje next 15 days.

Well i am the same age as u but 4 in taller i weigh the exact same, i used to weigh more but i found that because of my age I find myself constantly snacking and eating huge portions its all about portion control also something u dnt think about is the food being served in school cafeterias are full of fattening product that make bloat and with out doing extreme exercise to burn the calories they just add more weight to ur body

  • cant lose 15 pounds in 15 days its unhealthy and it will make you look worse with alot of baggy loose skin give it 2-3 months diet exercise ( i do 2 hours of running and 30 mins of other workouts and do it 4 times a week if anything i should cut down a bit
