How do you lose 10 Pounds in a week?Master cleanse diet and exercise questions?

I need to drop 60 + lbs to get to my ideal weight. I know it wont be quick but i figure the master cleanse is atleast a quick start and i hear it gives you alot of energy.

My question is if i can get through the 10 days plus get about 45mins to an hour of exercise how much can i lose after the 10 days.

Im very over weight now. In the fall i was about 280 but now assuming im pushing 300. Im only 5''8 but im able to work out and really push myself more then most people that are out of shape.


I plan to get an hour run in everyday and probably get the usual 2-3 pick up games a week.
Could probably fit a half hour or so in at night but would like ideas that i could do at home. No gym to go to and you dont go out in the dark by yourself in my neighborhood. So something to do in my home or yard would be great.
