How do I get a bikini body!?

Okay so I am not fat, but I would like to lose some weight. i have a small waist, but my stomach has flab on it, and i think its embarassing.
also, there isn''t a space between my thighs when i just stand normally. so i would like to gain that.

and also, i have hair like all over my stomach and back...i am a brunette, and i obviously am not shaving or waxing my stomach and back...so what do I do?
its not dark hair, but i am still self conscious

so ideas??
