I want to lose some weight .. On basis of losing 1-2 lbs per week .
What diet and exercises should I do ?
I don''t have time to go to the gym either , so what exercises can be done at home , I don''t want to build any muscles either , I just want to lose fat .

running is really good, and so is yoga. karate, for me, is the best but karate builds muscle. try to eat a little less, eat healthy, but make sure you get the energy you need from food. i dont know if you care about sweating, but my sister stopped karate cause she doesnt like sweat and intense workouts, but started yoga and shes in really good shape, same with my mom and my aunts. yoga can help you build muscle, but not like lifting weights and stuff. you can buy yoga cds for home, or just stretch really good. if you have time, its probably the best to try to attend a yoga class

Sugars. - Do cardio and eat healthy but don''t eat a lot protein or fat because protein builds muscle and fat increases hormones needed to build muscles but even if you did eat fat and protein a woman can build large muscles without drugs so if that''s what your trying to avoid don''t concern your self with that and weight lifting increases the rate at which you burn fat
