How can a 13 year old get a flat stomach?!?

everyday I wake up and get dressed and end up feeling sad about my body. I hate my stomach! it is VERY hard for me to lose weight, but I REALLY want to be able to wear a bikini by June 7. I am 5''3 and 130 pounds:( I have belly fat and "love" handles. I also have larger thighs. all I can think about now is excersizing when I get home and seriously watching what I eat. I dance Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Saturday... 12 hours all together. I horse ride Monday and do extra excersizing at home Monday Thursday Friday and Saturday. I really need help though!!! please help me!! I need tips and tricks. I don''t want to hate my body any more and always feel uncomfortable:(
