Whats the healthiest possible diet for me?

I''m a 15 year old girl, 5''0 and 92lbs. I love to run. It literally is my life. I contemplate suicide all the time, and then I think about how ill never be able to run a marathon then...and it helps me get through. I run 3-7 miles every day. So whats the healthiest diet I can possibly be on to give me the most energy for running? And don''t tell me I can have ''cheat'' days. I''m good at controlling myself. I have anorexic tendencies but am trying very hard to get it out of my head because I know that I don''t have energy to run when I only eat 300 calories per day. Thanks(:
