Losing Weight Successfully

Obesity increases the likelihood of various diseases, particularly heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, certain types of cancer, and osteoarthritis. A weight-control strategy might include:--
* Choosing low-fat, low-calorie foods
* Eating smaller portions
* Drinking water instead of sugary drinks
* Being physically active
- Make her pay for the stuff.
- I think they do boot camps for kids in America with obesity, otherwise a trip back to the Dr to change medication. You''ve got a battle on your hands as you need to reverse her psychology and thought pattern from poor little me routine to one of action, counseling might help.
