Is it true that it takes years to see weightlifting results?

Is it true that you don't see good muscle until 2 years of weightlifting? I'm talking about good decent visible muscle. Beach body type, not big body builder type like Dwayne Johnson.

Depends on your body type when you begin lifting! (From personal experience and noticing my friends at least) Me and a friend started weightlifting 1 year ago. He played/s soccer and wass skinny and lean. I play/ed/ lacrosse and was bulkier with more meat (and fat) on my bones haha. Our diets were also different. My family eats a lot and his didn't. I started eating healthier Nd working out regularly and saw good results quicker than him. Fat was being burned off of the muscle that I was gaining. The reason I think I was gaining muscle faster was that I was eating more (more nutrition) and he was eating less than me. He gained muscle but not significant. In about 2 months I saw good change in my body and he only saw a little. So basically what I'm trying to say (I know that that was probably confusing) is that to gain muscle faster you need to have a diet that is filled with nutrition like protein and calories. These things are the fundamentals to muscle gain. In good time you will see improvement and get that beach body you want! I say if you eat good and workout 3-4 times a week you will see good improvement in 2-3 months. I'm talking real good improvement. But you have to work hard! Hope this answered your question.

  • It depends on SEVERAL factors.If you're the skinny guy with no muscles, the beach body type you could potentially see within 2 years like you said - Male or Female. That's enough to put on ~30 - 40 pounds of muscle with the right diet and exercise. If the skinny guy is around 140 - 150 pounds ~5-10% body fat, that's enough to put your weight at 160 or 170 with ~>10% body fat, giving you the beach body look.If you're the average guy who has body fat everywhere, it'll take less time as you already had muscle to begin with. A keto diet, exercise, and or regular dieting will do the trick to lose the fat, retain a good percentage of the muscle you already have, and build more on top of it.This is the person who's at maybe 170 or 180 pounds ~20-25% body fat. It could take less than 8 months to see the beach body.You generally build more muscle if you're within the age of 18-24. Instead of the average 1 - 1.5 pounds of muscle a month, you could build around double that. You can also have genes that allow for optimal muscle growth granting faster results by months or years. Females also build muscle at a lesser rate than males.
  • No, it varies from person to person. Some people are more well-disposed for a beach-body/ripped than others. For some people you can see visible results within a month, for others a year. You just gotta work hard, and find out.
  • 6 months to a year for slight results. A year to two, you should see visible changes, look bigger. 3 years in, you should be bigger. By your 4th year, your lifts should be synanymous to your size. After a season of cutting, you'll have a very nice, ripped, lean, beach body type.But overall weightlifting is much better than none at all, or just cardio.Cardio just makes you burn cals, lose weight. It won't build muscle so you'll just look thinner, skinnier, or just a smaller version of yourself.Use both for optimal results.

During pregnancy your estrogen, progesterone and prolactin were high. Then when you breastfeed the progesterone drops off. Then finally the prolactin drops off and all you have is estrogen. You''re probably estrogen dominant. Try some progesterone cream. Find one with good reviews. There are people who grow very rapidly from it and you''re probably a prime candidate.

Besides that fenugreek is the best substance in general and unlike other herbs there isn''t much of an upper limit: if you consume a lot you''ll get much better and faster results too. Rather than taking a small fenugreek pill, buy a bunch of fenugreek seeds by the pound, soak them overnight in water to soften, rinse off and eat. Start with a spoonful but as long as it isn''t giving you any trouble you can munch on a lot more.

Progesterone cream is strong stuff so it is possible to go too far and lower your estrogen making you shrink that way. Eventually you may need to stop the cream or if you need more then you can continue the cream but add on the phytoestrogen pueraria mirifica during the first 12 days of your cycle. But in your current condition pueraria mirifica would probably be bad because it''s exactly what you have too much of.

Those have got to be the 3 strongest and fastest substances by far. If it''s too intense you can lower the dose or there are slower options (and the above 3) in the link below. Some people gain a couple sizes in 2-3 months, whereas other ways might take up to a year or two. But not everybody is so fast so be patient. If after some time you don''t feel any response starting at all like mild soreness or swelling, not even a little, then read up and try something else.

  • You can always gain some weight back .. that''s unfortunately the only way.

Losing Weight Successfully

Obesity increases the likelihood of various diseases, particularly heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, certain types of cancer, and osteoarthritis. A weight-control strategy might include:--
* Choosing low-fat, low-calorie foods
* Eating smaller portions
* Drinking water instead of sugary drinks
* Being physically active

  • Make her pay for the stuff.
  • I think they do boot camps for kids in America with obesity, otherwise a trip back to the Dr to change medication. You''ve got a battle on your hands as you need to reverse her psychology and thought pattern from poor little me routine to one of action, counseling might help.
