Why Had I Stopped Losing Weight?

Some ideas:

1) Set realistic expectations....20 pounds in a month is not realistic or healthy loss. 2-3 pounds a week is a realistic and healthy loss goal.
2) Drink lots of water.
3) Get moving...any exercise is good exercise. Walk, run, do stairs, walk some more, do jumping jacks, stand instead of sit....anything to get you on your feet will help.
4) Add veggies. Eat them.
5) Cut out junk food. No chips, no soda, no crap.
6) Get a friend to help you....encouragement is everything.
7) Don''t give up. No matter what...rain, snow, sleet, being tired...go out and get exercise.
8) Cut down on your salt.
9) Eat more chicken (not KFC) Chicken breast, tuna, lean meats.
10) Drink more water. I know I said it once, but it really does bear repeating.

  • Move more eat less its as easy as that I have lost weight. Cut down on fatty foods and fizzy drinks. Good luck.
  • Doing 5 minutes each of push-ups, lunges, and squats (in 30-second intervals) will help build and maintain muscle mass. The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be, so you''ll torch more calories as you go about your day.
