WEIGHT LOSS QUESTIONS*** PLEASE HELP***** 20 pounds in one month?

I''ve always been a little overweight, struggling with everything, not really adoring my body the way I should. But it is hard when your thighs touch and you have fat on your stomach, and when your waist is almost as big as your moms. Now i''m only 13 and i weight 120 pounds. This to me is horrifying. I really need to hit 100 for summer, to be not only to feel confident but to overlook my flaws. I am a total miracle believer and do think I can lose 20 pounds in a month. The main thing I want is to get rid of most of my thigh fat, so they do not touch, and to get rid of my big waist and stomach fat. My body is immune to herbs and tea''s and I do believe if I fasted and just drank green tea, and excersised I could lose some weight. Do YOU think this is possible in one month? Tips? Advice? Excersises to burn thigh weight fast? Excersises to decrease your waist size? Everuthing helps.
