Quick ways to get fit?

Hi I just turned 14 and wanted to lose some weight I''m 5'' 7" 120 lbs I''m not fat but I have a little fat on my stomach, legs, arms, etc. I work out about 3-4 days a week. I run a mile or two i lift 15 lb weights almost every day. I just want a quick way to get fit/build some muscle. What are some excercisizes I can do to build muscle and lose fat.

Bench, squat and deadlift. These are the three most important lifts. Also consider running sprints instead of jogging. Sit ups and leg lifts will devolop both the upper and lower abbs good luck!
