How to Lose Weight in 2 Weeks by Eating Healthy Food

Hey! I''m sixteen too! What I LOVE to do in mornings, is a nice 40 minute pilates video.ever heard of Barre3? It''s so good. I love it so much! It doesn''t add bulky muscles, but rather long lean ones (which is good for ballet). I would totally recommed it, it has a yoga section in it that really makes me feel ready for the day. When I get done with it, I usually have a banana and peanut butter with an english muffin or sometimes oatmeal. Hope this helps! (And if you can''t find barre3, then try and find another pilates video. Pilates is a great workout to start days with.)

  • go to this website it tell you what excersices to do at home.
  • Don''t trust no websites, what? No. I''ve been working out and in a week I got a six pack. But that''s because I starved myself over summer, not even consciously knowing that I starved and got skinny. But I do have a six pack. I have retained a healthy diet and now, I''m actually pretty muscular.
1: Most workouts should be done mid-day or late-day. Never in the morning. You just woke up, and your muscles are not ready to be put strained that quickly. It''s not good for your energy either.
2: If you want to lose weight, put greens on your plate. Catchy yea? Just came up with it. Anyways, salads, carrots, croutons, and celery worked out fabulous for me. It kept me refreshed...sorta like meditation or something.
3: Eat a good nice breakfast. Like corn flakes, toast, oranges, fruits, veggies, cereals...Nothing like cookies or fats though <- (NOT part of a complete breakfast.) Eat a small snack. Something like an oats bar. I prefer nature valley. Home-made frozen fruit smoothies are also very good for cooling down.
4: You MUST have dedication to lose weight. If you''re not dedicated, might as well just forget about it.
