Eating is very complicated....?

Eat this, don''t eat that...they tell you to eat fish because its good for you NOW don''t eat fish because it has mercury in it. Fruit...eat your daily requirements of fruit..BUT it can be fattening and produce acid. Yogurt is good for you...but on the other hand if you are lactose intolerant. Be sure to drink your milk it will build strong bones...but, to many hormones/chemical/crap in it. Don''t eat meat....OH if you only knew what was in meat...what are we suppose to eat tree bark? Haven''t heard any complaints about that....

The Three Secrets to Lose Weight Fast

You are not educated enough on the subject to fully understand, there is nothing wrong with this. I will explain why.

Fish: Most types of fish are good for you, the ones that are like salmon and bass have lots of omega-3''s and very little mercury. You should eat lots of these types of fish. But wait? There are different types?

Yes, there a bad types of fish like farmed tuna and talapia, shark meat, and shrimp. You shouldnt eat these are the time cause they have waaaay to much mercury. See were the confusion comes from? Only some are bad not all.

Fruit: Most are not fattening at all, but some have high sugar content. This is only bad if you eat waay to much of it. Acidic fruits should be avoided cause lots of people have stomach acid problems. But if your stomach is fine then you can eat all you want. Its not fruit that makes you fat. Its overeating and fruit juices that make you fat. Stay away from juice and only eat the real thing!

Yogurt: It does have some benefits but for most people it is actually bad. There is a lot of wrong information about yogurt. Yes it has probiotics and lots of vitamins. But its also a dairy product thats high in calories and fat. And most all yogurt companies add a bunch of refined sugars to it, this is why yogurt is bad. Yogurt is "okay" to eat but the downsides are worse than the benefits. Eat sparingly.

I am lactose intolerant and so is 15% of the world. There is not a single person in this world that needs dairy products to survive. You can live your entire live perfectly healthy and never eat yogurt or drink cows milk ever. (You are not lactose intolerant to your mothers milk, only animals). Dont drink milk, its horrible for you cause of all the added chemicals and its super high in fat (unless you drink skim, but skim still has chemicals). You dont need milk to build strong bones, dont listen to the stupid crap they try to teach you in school about nutrition, its wrong. Just ask any body builder.
All you need for strong bones is calcium+ vitamin D and exercise.

There is nothing bad in meat? Who are you listening too? Unless your eating crap like hotdogs and salami. This is called GMO MSM. This stands for genetically modified organisms and mechanically separated meats This is not supposed to be eaten. Obviously.

Real meat is 100% fine to eat. As long as its real cut meats like pork chops, steaks, tenderloins, chicken (only with the bones, dont eat that boneless crap unless its 100% chicken breast bought from the store, not fast food they are lairs) turkey and fish. There is nothing wrong with eating this as long as you know it was not genetically modified and grass fed (no eating corn fed animals).

If you want to eat right you must eat a paleolithic diet. The same way ancient man (cavemen) eat. Bottom line every thing you eat must be natural and either grow out of the ground (fruits and vegetables) or eat the plants that grow out of the ground or other animals (animals like cows, pigs and chickens). No refined grains or even whole grains (no sliced bread or crackers or any bread really) nothing prepackaged (no chips or Doritos) no refined sugars (soda pops and anything with added sugar) and little to ZERO dairy.

If you want to learn more about eating a paleolithic diet follow the link below. This is not a diet for just losing weight, this is a diet for feeling amazing and actually being as healthy as possible, just like people ate 10,000 years ago.

Yea I know it sounds hard to eat like this cause what your not allowed to eat is 90% of whats in grocery stores, but if you struggle with your weight and your health I promise you your number 1 problem are breads and grains, #2 is added sugars. Stop that and the fat of your body will die like AIDS patients (no offence). I am living proof. Ive eaten like this for 21 days and ive lost 30 lbs, and I eat until im STUFFED!

But you must work out if you want to lose weight fast (if your a girl, cause im not and I havent been working out at all in 3 weeks). Eating right is a good start.

  • I am with you all the way on this....I really am. This is the one area of fitness that is just overwhelming and confusing at times. I would recommend checking out nutritiondata.com. It''s a great resource to see what''s in the food you eat. Best of luck to you!
  • Ha ha, eating can be complicated, but you have to look at your sources of information.
Fish is good for you because it is high in protein, usually lower in fat and can have Omega-3 fatty acids which are better fats for you than others (Don''t forget, fat is still fat so you don''t want a lot of it). Not all fish are high in mercury. Fish like salmon and pollock are lower in mercury and can be eaten with out worry but certain fish like shark and large tuna have high mercury and should be eaten in moderation.

Fruit is good for you, it has a lot of nutrients and minerals and a source of sugars. Not many fruit is high in fat, the most common exception being avocado.

Milk and yogurt is good for you. If you''re lactose in tolerant it just means your body can''t digest the lactose in dairy which causes you to become bloated and gassy. Dairy''s big health benefit is Calcium and Vitamin-D. A lot of lactose free milk, or dairy or yogurts are now fortified with this so they can be just as good.

If you''re worried about what is in your food, buy organic or locally grown.
