You''re much better off going for a jog for 30 minutes or using the elliptical machine for an hour. Just stick to classic aerobic activities, along with your diet, and you''ll lose the weight more quickly. I''m sorry for sounding mean, but Zumba, at least to me, seems to be a social gathering for big girls to dance. I see the same big girls every day doing the same activities. And if you look at the same big girls 6 months from now, they still look big and are doing the same dances. Running/jogging is the best exercise you can do to lose weight.
